So school has started unluckily and i have found myself with less and less time to draw despite the art class im taking in school which rocks (art class not school i hate school) by the way. So i might upload pictures from there as a forewarning. But in other news the topic of school...

about 2 or so weeks back school started and i have already found myself forgetting to study for tests and procrastinating on projects once again. Like the summer reading essay i have due on tuesday which i have yet to start...whoops. Now onto a more pressing topic of interest and funny stories...Band related things.

Ya know now that school started and im not sweating to death 9 hours a day at marching band camp (see previous post) I realize that i am glad im in band. All the people are friggin hilarious. We have the best times ever (wow do i sound like a band geek) But anyway our school is a new school this year and we played out first football game on friday and we the band got to play. We were exceedingly better than the other schools game...and much larger. Here we are folks the actual game...

So the first quarter nothing really happened it was 0-0 and the cheerleaders couldnt get the crowd going at all (sorry cheerleaders) so to make up for the lack of cheering and to make it seem like the crowd actually liked the team the band decided to cheer, after some yelling on our part the crowd caught on and started cheering. Anyway the other team was winning 8-0 for awhile, we played in the stands, and on the fiels, and the ultimate dancing in the stands which is pretty fun i must say. The our team caught up around the beginning of the 4th quarter and out of songs to play us and the cheerleaders decided it was time for the gigolo, which is hilariously fun to do but hard with an instrument in your hand.

We won in the end 16-8 and the ride back was quieter than the ride there. There ride there was full of loud music and people singing random songs loudly and out of tune but together. So that wraps up the 1st ever football game at my school and the experiences that went along with it.

It was a good day,...minus having to go to school.
